Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange for:

  • Replacement of the product; or
  • Refund of the purchase amount, where applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, invoice, and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  4. Securely package and return the item to the designated address.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
